Affordable price and simple installation procedures, along with the built-in Web-based interface offer inexpensive and easy integration into the users’ network environment. By simple registry to Dimax Dynamic DNS server available on the Web, user can assign an easy-to-remember name and domain to the camera. This allow users to remotely access its camera without having the costly static IP address, even if the IP address changed by your Internet Service Provider. Powerful web-viewing is provided to enhance the monitoring and management of the WNC20i, allowing users to archive video straight to the hard drive, playback video, monitor as many as 4 cameras on a single screen, and set up motion detection to trigger video/audio recording and versatile security solution for users’ home or business.
802.11g Wireless Networking : The WNC20i utilizes the speed and convenience of 802.11g wireless technology to maximize your network investment. Connect to your wireless network at a maximum wireless signal rate of up to 54Mbps with 128-bit WEP encryption. Or connect to an Ethernet connection at 10Mbps or 100Mbps. The WNC20i can be integrated seamlessly with your existing network.
DDNS Support : By registering to the predefined DDNS Server, you can assign an easy-to-remember name and domain to the camera. This allows you to remotely access your camera without having the remember the IP address or purchase costly Public IP address, even if it has been changed by your Internet Service Provider.
Remote Access using Web Browser : The WNC20i ensures compatibility with your computer and operating system by utilizing a Web management interface, accessible by using Internet Explorer version 6. You can remotely gain access to the camera, view live video, listen to sounds picked up by the built-in microphone and make changes to the camera settings from your Web browser.
Built-in Microphone for Monitoring and recording audio : The built-in microphone allows you to monitor and record sound to your video. Watch and listen to what is taking place at your home or office on your Web browser from anywhere in the world.
